Some guests had issues with the shower temperature, as it would fluctuate between boiling and freezing.

Nothing, everything was great.

The room was clean and neat, and there was a small fridge to keep drinks cool. the hotel was located very close to top tourist attractions, with a large supermarket and bakery just a short walk away. the heating system worked well and the apartment was cozy, which was important during the cold weather.

Smoking was allowed in the foyer and reception area, which goes against the rules. This was a big negative for me, as I am sensitive to smoke.

the bathroom design/layout was a bit strange, with the toilet roll installed far from the toilet.

The location was excellent for exploring the city on foot. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for three people. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of cold options and fresh fruit.

The hotel is located in a great spot, close to Naschmarkt where you can find a wide range of culinary options. It is also very close to the city center and right next to "The Old Town." The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a nice Art Deco interior. The staff provides good old-fashioned customer service, attending to all guests' needs promptly. The breakfast buffet offers a varied selection and even caters to guests with food allergies.

The only drawback is that it may be a bit far from the metro station if you are carrying large luggage.

Free awesome breakfast, mini fridge in room. Booked 1 bed, got 2 beds, but didn't bother us. Good location, walkable distance to attractions. Surprisingly had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette. Art deco lobby, friendly staff. Worth returning.

The cleanliness was impressive, with spacious and well-maintained rooms. The hotel facilities were great, including a helpful staff and a generous breakfast spread. The location was ideal, with easy access to the main open market, as well as the night market and the big Christmas markets. Additionally, there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, perfect for evening entertainment.
